Hi :) thank you so much! I ate healthy but I ate so so much! I also did lots of squats, 30 day shred (didnt do it for 30 days though, I did it for less) lots of protein! And I totally cut out added sugar (in teas, coffees, on cereals, basically anything you add sugar to - I stopped) I cut out fizzy drinks and I ate lots of fruit x
